This two-piece costume includes a polyester dress and a pair of wings. The green dress is sleeveless and ends just above the knees. The shoulder straps and torso are trimmed in a silver lace. The shoulder straps are also lined in green and white sheer petals. The dress has a sweetheart top and is embellished with three pink and white flowers that have white beads in the middle. These flowers are also sewn onto the green, sheer petals attached to the skirt at the waist. Beneath the skirt's green petals are white, sheer petals and two layers of green tulle. The wings attach with velcro. They are outlined in fuchsia and have white, glitter swirls in the middle. A fuschia patch is in the middle and "fairies" is written in green.
